Not happy it doesn't have enough vacuum

Overall it’s a durable , good vacuum pen. I would have preferred a d straight tip rather than one that was angled. But it has powerful suction and works much better than one attached to a tube.

I can't show it in action because it doesn't work! I contacted your company to return it but got no response. For $59.95 i expected something that worked! I received a replacement pen, which worked for 2 days. It was frustrating to use because the suction was very weak. By the 3rd day, after recharging overnight, this pen also stopped working. The light is on and it hums away but just like the original pen there is no more suction. Very sad. I love the idea of an electric pen.
Nice, no putty or wax. Picks up drills easily and simple to place, makes a little noise, but very minimal almost soothing. The head is a little large and can make it difficult to place exactly onto the canvas, especially when the canvas has a lot of drills previously placed. The pen is wider than my other pens and feels good in my hand. Just takes a minute to get used to. Also really appreciate how long it holds a charge and operates without a hose. Glad I ordered it.
