Everything was great except that the photo I sent was larger than the canvas print you made. You cut off the tips of our dogs ears, the tip of his tongue, and his collar tag with his name, I thought about returning it to you to make it in the exact size as the photo, but there wasn’t enough time. It did turn out nicely even with the areas that were cut off.

I loved the picture, this is a memorial of my son that recently passed. I wanted his name which you can barely read but his date of birth and the date he passed you can't read at all. I look at it every day.

Get a machine that is actually going to do the skin tones the right color and not make it look pigmented. The only thing on that picture that is correct is the shirt. And when you tell a customer. that you are gonna replace it, paying close attention to the skin tones actually replace it. That was only 1 of 2 diamond art paintings that I had custom-made with you. I did not even start the one of my daughter. Because I looked at the diamonds and there's so many different colors that are not even Flesh colored diamonds child's face that is all the same color it's gonna be pigmented 2, I'm not gonna waste another four weeks doing a diamond. Art that I know aint gonna turn out right. Those pictures are my favorite of my daughter, and my(deceased) son as kids. Very sentimental when I finished my sons i had a very emotional breakdown (his passing was a month ago. ) you sent me an email. Tell me that you were gonna redo his paying. Special attention to the tones in his face and I still have not received it.

It's a nice picture just wish the colors would have been as in the photo, and shades in face were different. The heart on my shirt is suppose to be white, and the emblem on my husband's shirt is suppose to be KC Royals. I still love it, andit hangs in my hallway
